Terms of use

The service

MonoProfile lets you build a link-in-bio page at monoprofile.com/<name>, with blocks, themes, statistics and tools to share it. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. Use an email address you can access: a page goes online only once that address is confirmed. Keep your password and access tokens secret; what is done with them is done under your account.

Some usernames are reserved. A page whose username misleads people about who is behind it can be suspended.

Plans

The Free plan has no time limit. The paid plans (Starter, Pro and Premium) are shown on the home page but cannot be bought yet; their price and conditions will apply once payments open. If your plan ends, the paid options stop working on your page, but your settings are kept.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you publish. You allow MonoProfile to host, show and share it on your page, in its share image and its QR codes, for as long as it is online. You confirm that you have the right to publish it.

What is not allowed

• spam;
• phishing, or asking for passwords or personal data under false pretences;
• scams or fraud;
• pretending to be another person, brand or organisation;
• adult content without the age or sensitive content warning;
• violence or dangerous content;
• hate or harassment;
• copyright or trademark infringement;
• anything illegal, including links to malware;
• trying to break, overload or get around the security or the plan limits of the service, for example with automated sign-ups.

Reports, suspension and deletion

Anyone can report a page with the report form. We can hide or suspend a page or an account that breaks these terms or the law, with or without notice depending on the urgency. You can delete your pages and your account at any time in the dashboard.

API and MCP

On the Premium plan, you can create access tokens for the REST API and the MCP server. Use them only for the pages you manage, keep them secret and do not overload the service.

Other services

Blocks can show content from other services (YouTube, Spotify, Shopify, Calendly and others), whose own terms apply. Sales made through your own checkout are between you and your buyers: MonoProfile takes no commission and is not a party to them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MonoProfile available and secure, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always work or be free of errors. Keep a copy of important content: the export in the dashboard is there for that.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us over the last 12 months.

Changes

We can change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. Significant changes are announced to account holders before they apply.
